As the Director of Operations and Portfolio Risk Management, Ethan keeps everyone and everything on track, every minute of every day. Perhaps this drive and obsession with execution can be attributed to his days as a high school point guard and working in the University of Iowa Hawkeye Athletic department.
Ethan arrived at JFS in 2015 after 6 years managing client assets with J.P. Morgan in Chicago. While in Chicago, Ethan served ultra-high net-worth clientele in a very demanding and competitive environment. Their unique and complex needs provided him an incredible knowledge base to bring back to our clients in the Cedar Valley.
On weekends when he isn’t dotting I’s and crossing T’s, Ethan has a penchant for travel to far-flung places like Anguilla, Santorini, and Todos Santos. You will also find him spending time with his family and enjoying outdoor activities.
